The “Prayer Warriors” meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Many of our choir members along with other dear saints who are committed to the ministry of intercessory prayer come and participate. Our format is to open with prayer and a corporate confession of prayer and repentance and then to take prayer requests. We divide up the requests and each person in attendance offers up an intercessory prayer for their assigned requests. This group, along with others who are faithful in prayer for our church serve as the “backbone” of support to all the other ministries of our church.

Our Christian Education Committee offers Sunday School classes for all ages. As a church undergoing revitalization, we are praying for the Lord to send us more children and young families. We have several adult classes, which utilize the ARP Quarterly study curriculum, and Pastor Ben teaches a class, which has studied Christian classics such as Knowing God, Pilgrim’s Progress, and Respectable Sins.

Our Women’s Ministry is divided into small groups called “circles” that meet at agreed upon times for fellowship and bible study. The participants work together to put on special meals such as mission dinners and receptions following funerals or Memorial services. They also support local ministries and participate in denominational ministries and events.
