FFrom our church’s beginning, VBS was an important and valued ministry. The bank of annual VBS photos dating back to the 1920s testifies to the large crowds that came back in the day when families were large and children had fewer entertainment options. We continue to believe in the value of this ministry both to children in our church and children in our community. Our faithful VBS director, Ethel Dowling, uses VBS as an opportunity for spiritual growth, not just for young children, but also for middle and high schoolers who receive training in how to be VBS leaders and mentors to the younger children.

Our Aim

We try to make a difference at the community level, and at the heart of each community, are its families. We hope to make a difference in their lives and help bring families to our church.
